Every year the most common new year resolution is to lose weight, next to quit smoking. {Sorry we can not help you with that}.What a better way to get out exercise and enjoy your family, is to come to Ohiopyle State Park. Here you can rent a bike and access the
Great Allegheny Passage. Or if you are the adventurous type, can seek out off the beaten trails of the Ohiopyle State park,we have maps that will guide you to those paths for mountain bike trails. We also have, what we call pedal paddle. Which you pedal up the 9 miles right along the river, after that we will have all your equipment you need for your 9 mile paddle trip back to Ohiopyle. You will be paddling a class 1 and 2 river. Pack a lunch, we do have White Water Coffee shop that can pack a river lunch for you. Or just pack your own, we will even take it up along with your river gear so you do not have to try to carry your snacks on the bikes. Anyone 5 and older can try this, go at your own pace you have all day to enjoy biking and the river rafting trip.

White Water Hummm ......

If you live any where in  this country, this winter has been pretty cold. You can not escape the bitterness even, as far south as Florida they have been experiencing the cold. I am sure the last thing on your mind is White Water Rafting. As you shovel yet another day, there seems to be no end to this. Just keep in mind there are only 13 weeks of winter and soon this will all melt. Which means, come spring the lower yough will make for the best the Youghiogheny River in Ohiopyle State Park has to offer. You are on a class 3 and 4 river but will feel like a class 5. But do keep in mind when the water levels are high we do have the professional guide in your raft. We use the larger rafts when we are above 4 foot, these rafts will hold up to 8 to 10  people. Plan now get your friends together. Once this snow is gone, come March we will be ready. Will you?   Oh by the way this is our Manager Jim Greenbaum

Here at White Water Adventurers our season is coming to an end . As we see the leaves change so quickly, from the brilliant green to the wonderful fall colors of reds and yellows to the bright orange. Ohiopyle State Park is not quite at its peak yet ,however soon we will be there. We have a few trips left be run on the
lower Yough. This time of the year makes the best for Pennsylvania Rafting in Ohiopyle, not only to enjoy time with family and friends but to see Autumn come alive in Ohiopyle State Park. Come take a walk with your kids or significant other, rent a bike and ride the trials along the river. The mass colors of Ohiopyle will not last long.Set aside some time, this weekend come to Pennsylvania and enjoy what nature has to offer.
